How can I purchase an artwork?

The purchase process is handled personally and directly via email at artist@julianamoura.art. Once you express your interest in a specific piece, we will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a secure payment link to complete your acquisition.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship artworks to many countries worldwide. To receive a shipping quote, please contact us with your full delivery address, and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate.

Your payment is processed securely. After you have confirmed your purchase inquiry via email, we will send you an exclusive and secure link to complete the payment using your credit or debit card. The artwork will be reserved for you upon successful payment confirmation.

To confirm the shipping cost to your location, please send us your postal/ZIP code via email or Whatsapp. The shipping fee will be added to the price of the artwork, and you will pay the total amount in a single transaction through the payment link. All artworks are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our art collectors. Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care. However, should you have any concerns, please refer to our policy below.


Artwork Arriving Damaged

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please email us at artist@julianamoura.art within 48 hours of receiving the artwork.

  2. Document the Damage: Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging (before opening, if possible) and the damaged areas of the artwork itself.

  3. Retain Packaging: Please keep the original packaging, as it may be required for insurance purposes.

Once we have received the returned artwork, a full refund, including the original shipping costs, will be issued.


General Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU & Italian law, you have the right to return an artwork for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date.

  1. Notify Us: Please inform us of your decision to return the artwork by emailing [Your Email Address] within the 14-day period.

  2. Return the Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  3. Refund: Once the artwork has been safely returned to us in its original condition, we will process a full refund of the artwork’s purchase price.
